Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Medium shimmering straw yellow with green reflections. Opens with nuances of white rose petals and elderberry, then rich yellow apple and some peach, a hint of lemon balm. Spreads lightly over the tongue, somewhat coarse in the mousse, the finest floral scent on the palate, shows beautiful interplay, lingers with good emphasis on the finish.
