The red wine Serralunga Barolo DOCG, vintage 2007 from the winery Rivetto dal 1902 has been rated in 2011 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby with garnet rim. Intense nose with lots of dark berry fruit, ripe wild raspberry, some blackberry, inviting and clear. Opens up on the palate with lots of fine-grained tannins, builds very well, lots of juicy fruit, salty finish.
