Tasting Notes
Radiant, rich garnet. The nose opens with tart notes of dried bitter orange and cinchona bark, then truffle and dark raspberries. Tight and dense on the palate - lots of ripe berry fruit, especially plum and pickled cherries, alongside earthy tones. A pithy and at the same time elegant Serralunga with a long finish.
