Impenetrable, rich ruby purple colour. Very dense and concentrated on the nose, inspiring with notes of preserved cherries and plums, very ripe but never overripe, then fresh figs, chocolate and dark pepper, exciting. Juicy and concentrated on the palate, shows very plump fruit, sweet texture, then unfolds with fine-meshed tannins, supple and balanced, great fun.
