The white wine L'Evoluto Limited Edition Sauvignon Friuli Colli Orientali DOC, vintage 2013 from the winery Rodaro Paolo Winery has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Friuli-Venezia Giulia in Italy.
Radiant pale gold. On the nose there are notes of ripe pineapple, yellow peach, ripe raspberries and elegant flint. Opens up clear and fine on the palate, with cool, precise fruit, very juicy and brisk, amazing freshness, with a lot of persistence.
