The spumante Rotari Cuvée 28+ Rosé Brut Trento DOC from the winery Rotari-Mezzacorona has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Light salmon pink. Very restrained on the nose, with minimal berry fruit aroma, and a hint of sea salt. Crisp fruit and juicy body on the palate, medium-bodied, with a well-integrated mousse, and a very vivid finish.
