A brilliant straw yellow, a light golden sheen and a persistent mousse. Delicate smoky notes, iodine and salt on the nose, some wet stone, also a touch of bacon and yeast, fruit in the background. Fresh, bright, very juicy on the palate, enveloping, cool fruit, with a persistent finish.
