Tasting from 07.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser

Medium carmine red with broad ochre reflections, brighter at the rim. Fine bouquet of dried apricots, almonds, nuts, candied orange zest and fine woody savouriness. Rich, silky texture with ripe cherry and fine acidity. With good balance, it lingers and offers a beautiful combination of fruit and minerality.
