Very ripe fruit on the nose, with hints of quince, honey and the subtlest hint of petrol. On the palate, the equally ripe fruit is supported by a grippy, phenolic component. A mild, round, ripe but dry Riesling.

From two parcels planted in 1958 and 1963 and bottled in September 2017. It has an opulent spicy aroma, with red apple, some caramel, a little liquorice. A soft and expansive body, ripe acidity, its silky texture remains homogeneous for a long time.
