Pale golden yellow with a very attractive mousse. Subtle aromas, typical of the variety, with light fruity notes and a touch of cherry. Complex on the palate, with crisp acidity, lightly fruity, subtle yeasty notes, a mineral character, good inner tension and a long finish.
