The complex bouquet mixes spiced aromas (rose, liquorice) with yeasty and fruity ones (apple, peach, blueberry). The palate is built on extract and tension, but also shows the mineral and flinty tones from the soil. A Vin de Garde - and therefore only in magnum bottles.
