Light lemon yellow with a brilliant core and persistent mousse. Very yellow-fruity nose of candied pineapple and coconut milk, with salty notes in the aftertaste. Initially powerful on the palate with a full body, supported by a coarse-grained mousse, taut on the palate, very dry finish.
