The prosecco Carattere Organic Prosecco DOC Brut from the winery Salatin has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright greenish yellow, many delicate bubbles. Intense and finely drawn notes, fresh apple and some jasmine blossom. Unfortunately quite rough on the palate, ripe apple, a hint of bread crust on the finish.
