The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Salvioni - La Cerbaiola has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Clear ruby. Very clear and appealing nose of juicy, ripe cherries, dried orange peel and cloves in the background. On the palate clearly worked out fruit, fine-meshed tannin in many layers, very fresh and clear, firm drive on the finish.
