Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brilliant dark ruby red. Fragrant on the nose, clear aromas of fresh cherry, underpinned by a subtle light spiciness, with a hint of ripe plum in the finish. Juicy, clear on the palate, with somewhat broad tannins, albeit well made, calls for a nice plate of Tuscan salumi.
