The red wine San Leonardo IGT, vintage 1986 from the winery San Leonardo has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Carmenère from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
On the nose after oregano and cardamom aromas there is a ripe plum character. On the palate it has good tension, with grippy vivid tannins.
