Tasting Notes
Pale straw yellow, bright. Fine, not very long-lasting mousse. Notes of apples, pears and hints of dried fruit such as almonds on the nose. Rich, creamy and fruity on the palate, with a savoury hint on the finish. .
More about the tastingShiny pale silver with a good mousse. Opens on the nose with notes of well-ripened apple and pear. Creamy and round on the palate, very convincing up front, then unfortunately becomes increasingly bitter, rough on the finish.
