Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Deep dark, very rich dark ruby with purple. Clearly woody and savoury on the nose, earthy, tar, slightly oxidative, rich Amarena cherry and plum. On the palate it shows with pithy, clear fruit, juicy and full, with an exciting finish, shows juicy and persistent tannins in the aftertaste, long, something for connoisseurs.
