Brilliant straw yellow with an olive green core, numerous and fine bubbles. Appealing impression on the nose, of fresh stone fruit and grapefruit, hints of flint, with a hint of hay on the finish. Full-bodied on the palate, with a clear fruit core, hints of peach, juicy texture, stretches across the palate with light drive, persistent.
