Bright, intense silver with fine effervescence. Well-defined fruit on the nose with an abundance of fresh apples, and soft notions of jasmine blossoms in the background. Juicy and salty on the palate, displaying a lovely character, crispy, fresh apples.
More about the tastingBrilliant silver grey. Nose is a little muted, needs some time to open up. More upfront on the palate with ripe sweet tropical fruit and fresh honey. A bright juicy finish.
