Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky, fresh stone fruit notes, a hint of honey blossom, floral touch. Firm, juicy texture, fine extracted sweetness, lively acid structure, green apple, fresh and lemony, remains persistent, still very young, an animating food companion.
