Deep ruby colour, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. Delicate blackberry confit, dark heart cherry, candied violet, with notes of wood in the background. Juicy, red cherry, delicate extract sweetness, well-integrated tannins, mineral, a hint of nougat on the finish, balanced, already easy to drink, a multi-faceted food companion.
