An appetiz]singly fresh Pinot Blanc aroma, grapey, slightly floral. On the palate, the wine has a fresh, quite dry acidity, a still youthful-fresh but fine mousse, the straightforward concentration and the juicy acidity make the sparkling wine an ideal aperitif.
