Helles Gelb mit grünen Reflexen. Die Nase präsentiert sich intensiv mit frischer Mirabelle, Limette, Birne und Steinobst wie gelbem Pfirsich. Ein Anklang von Kräuterwürze mit Zitronenmelisse und mineralische Noten vom Quarzit komplettieren den Duft. Am Gaumen saftig, glasklar mit präziser messerscharfer Säure. Harmonisch, mit einer zarten, dezent wirkenden Fruchtsüße. Hervorragender Trinkfluss, mit langem Abgang.

Fine aroma of ripe citrus fruits, candied lime, orange blossom, beautiful mineral background, fine. Lively acidity on the palate, lots of tension and dynamism, citrus fruits dominate, dry Kabinett style, great with savoury dishes.
