Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 02.06.2017

Medium yellow with green reflections; restrained bouquet, ripe fruit, subtle yeast, apple note; soft attack on the palate, noticeable carbonic acid, medium-bodied, quite broad, creamy, subtle residual sweetness (?); medium-long finish with a slight bitter note. Powerful, perhaps somewhat rustic Räuschling.
