The white wine Südtirol LR DOC, vintage 2012 from the winery Schreckbichl - Colterenzio has been rated in 2015 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewürztraminer from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Rich, bright straw yellow. Shows a beautiful playfulness on the nose, subtle notes of cloves, then rich apricot and pineapple, some white chocolate, all underpinned by fine wood notes. Round and supple on the palate, with plenty of rich fruit and fine spice, profound, full-bodied and with firm pressure on the finish, with subtle woody notes in the aftertaste.
