Tasting Notes
Medium yellow gold. Fine brioche notes on the nose, dried apricots, a hint of orange zest, fine herbal spice, delicate hints of ripe pineapple. Juicy and opulent on the palate, with notes of apricot confit, canned peach and honey, very fruity, sweet texture underpinned by a mineral acid structure, ripe tropical fruit on the finish, fresh and youthful, should be allowed to rest for a few years to perfect itself into a great sweet wine.
