Tasting Notes
Strong yellow gold. Hints of tobacco and spicy honey, distinct botrytis notes, delicate hints of pumpernickel, candied orange peel, some thyme, classic breakout nose in the traditional sense. Powerful, full-bodied, lively acidity that plows through the creamy sugar residue, mineral and definitely a little edgy, sticks well, fine caramel nuances on the finish, a real head of character, pleasantly unfashionable.
