Tasting Notes

Tasting from 20.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich, highly concentrated ruby. Presents itself on the nose with a basket full of dark berries, especially blackberries, plus some tobacco and hints of licorice. A substantial attack, grippy, very present tannins, unfortunately quite brittle and drying on the finish.
