The red wine Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2012 from the winery Scriani has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Clear, rich ruby. Very intense and appealing fruit of peach, dried pear, lots of raspberry in the background. On the palate very full-bodied, brings much ripe fruit, very good consistency, much drive on the finish.
