The sekt »MonRose Grande Cuvée« extra brut, vintage 2012 from the winery Sekthaus Raumland has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 98 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
How can an aroma be so powerful and at the same time so chiseled? Brioche, grated apple and a hint of fino, roasted hazelnut, damp limestone. The mousse rolls out on the palate like a velvety red carpet. Firm but ripe acidity and just a hint of sweetness to give the extract some suppleness.
