It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Blanc from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Subtly floral and yeasty, straw flowers, also a hint of damp limestone. The palate has a fine but still dynamic mousse in the bubbles, a fresh acid nerve, a very straightforward, slenderly bundled palate flow, and a hint of tactile minerality on the finish. Wonderfully straight and refreshing.
