Pale yellow, silver reflections, fine, persistent mousse. Fine notes of rose oil, delicate touch of marshmallow, not too intense, a hint of peach and blossom honey underneath. Elegant, juicy, freshly structured, white fruit on the finish, pleasant minerality, good length, refined aperitif.
