Tasting from 25.03.2022: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense, dark colour and equally dark fruit. Ripe plums on the nose, stewed berries and spicy nuances, subtle dried fruit. Intense and soft on the palate with a southern feel. Beautiful, well-balanced acidity, medium-fine, somewhat clinging tannin.
