Tasting from 04.10.2018: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, very intense ruby red with a slightly purple rim. Concentrated nose of cherry confit, ripe plums and some dark chocolate. Dense and concentrated on the first palate notion, then becomes slightly harsh in the second course, overall very juicy, appears very young.
