Tasting from 15.02.2017: Axel Biesler und Ulrich Sautter

Reminiscent of a Bukett grape variety due to its enormous southern fruitiness, but is a pure Vermentino, which is probably thanks to the extremely cool fermentation. The palate also remains at gunpoint, where a certain tartness now plays a role alongside the tropical fruit. Warming finish.
