Bright light amber colour. Very intense nose, smells of salted almonds, some tangerine peel, fresh figs, plus a hint of iodine. Great tension and freshness on the palate, vivid, shows distinctly salty components with hints of tamarind, the long finish has hints of marzipan and tobacco and is bone dry.
