Bright, radiant straw yellow. Restrained, slightly fruity nose, some lime and ethereal notes with a slight hint of bitterness. Clear fruity sweetness, which besieges the palate, phenolic elements, appears disharmonious and is perhaps intentional. Not a soloist but with the mouthfeel a good food companion!
