Disgorged in 2021. Straw yellow in colour. Lemon blossom, hay, straw flowers and buttery notes mix on the nose. The palate is round and supple, again buttery and finished off with a noticeable sweetness. The texture dominates over the mild mousse. Original in style, perhaps try it with foie gras?
