Disgorged in 2024: peach, beeswax and red gooseberry, also blossom honey. The palate unfolds a beautiful sweet and sour play, the fine mousse underlines the already good freshness of the sparkling wine, which, pithy by a delicate pinch of phenolics, finishes with good length.
