Beautiful ruby red in colour, with fine smoke and some cedar wood and deep dark and red berries: cassis, blackberry, dark cherry and a hint of vanilla. An engaging, powerful and savoury wine that can accompany any hearty main course with its power, substance and savouriness. Ripe fruit, dark chocolate and a healthy self-confidence.
