The red wine Cabernet Vino de la Terra Mallorca IGP, vintage 2012 from the winery Son Prim has been rated in 2017 by Peter Moser with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Balearic Islands in Spain.
"Warm" Cabernet aroma with a hint of currant, mint candy, dried bean and well-integrated wood (milk chocolate, cocoa powder). Silky palate, emphatically round on the attack, then with slightly increasing tannin, which nevertheless remains mellow into the finish, harmonious wine, a little linear in its style, with delicate fruit on the finish.
