Brilliant silver-grey with persistent, delicate mousse. On the nose initially yeast and roasted hazelnuts, then wet stone, citrus and cold smoke, then grapefruit in the echo. On the palate juicy, a beautiful tension, clear and balanced. Resonates and remains long on the palate.
