Tasting Notes
Bright silver with a persistent mousse and fine bubbles. An open, herbal nose, with mineral-salty notes and a light steely, flinty edge. Fresh and juicy on the palate with an explosive mousse, it feels very young and lively and has plenty of juicy fruit to show en route to the long finish.
