Initially closed in the nose, then gradually opening up: herbal tones, wild strawberry, some malt. Juicy wine with a maturity that is difficult to grasp: some of the tannins appear melted, others still firm to the bite. Minerality is present - very intense in fact - as is length, although it lacks a little aromatic volume for the really big hit.
