Tasting Notes
On the nose: yeast, lime blossom and shell limestone, a hint of fermentation aromas. Light-bodied on the palate, finely chiseled, with cultivated acidity, delicately mineral-tinged, with archetypal proportions, fresh in an unaffected way. A post-classical Kabinett type with a pinch of additional extract.
More about the tastingMeadow herbs, sesame, a smoky hint of shell limestone on the nose. Straightforward on the palate, lean and juicy with firm acidity, a layer of suppleness does not detract from the cabinet-like direct style, medium-weight extract, a juicy, proportioned wine.
