Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Dried flowers on the fruity nose, freshly cut apple, freshly squeezed apple juice and pear, also evokes associations with tarte tatin. Exhibits the characteristics and qualities of a dry Spätlese on the palate: ripe, sweet fruit (again characterised by apple) in a slender format with fine acidity and a hint of minerality. An elegant varietal wine with sophistication.
