The white wine »Fumé Blanc H.A.D.E.S.« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Staatsweingut Weinsberg has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The bouquet is fragrant but also intense: gooseberry, kiwi and some wood. On the palate, silky attack is followed by ripe, yet well-present acidity, a pinch of sweetness gives the fruit volume. An elegant, technically perfect Sauvignon.
