Tasting Notes
Pale lemon yellow; delicately fruity bouquet, fresh, with depth, a hint of wet stone, also floral notes; strong attack on the palate, medium-bodied, juicy acidity, also carbonic, dense, energetic, citrus aromas; gripping, mineral finish, gives the wine depth. Crisp, characterful Bielersee wine, still has room for improvement.
