Tasting from 23.05.2019: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright silver with a delicate and persistent mousse. Scents of white flowers and salty lemon on the nose. Very juicy and brisk on the palate, opens with clear nuances, salty, relaxed yet lively. An elegant wine deserved of praise.
